Our Story

A quiet holding company
for loud hotels.

Est. 2007

The company

T-Hotels was founded in 2007 by a small group of hoteliers, architects, and family investors who had grown quietly frustrated with the sameness of international hospitality. The premise was simple — buy meaningful stakes in independent hotels, keep the operators in place, and grow slowly.

Today the group holds interests in a dozen properties, spanning cliffside retreats, urban townhouses, and remote desert lodges. Some we operate; some we simply steward from a distance. In every case, the hotel keeps its own name, its own team, and its own point of view.

We believe hospitality is a long game. We invest with patient capital, resist trend-chasing renovations, and measure success in returning guests rather than occupancy points.
